Educational Methods
The training courses offered by the Academy are conducted using various methods, depending on the subject matter. These methods include in-person training, which is face-to-face education, as well as distance learning, either synchronous or asynchronous, or a combination of both, known as hybrid learning. The duration of each course is determined based on its complexity, the number of learning units, the educational tools utilized, as well as the interaction and communication between the learner and the instructor during the educational process, involving tasks, discussions, questions, and clarifications.
